Collins Vision is proud to announce that Jay S. Rosen, O.D., F.A.A.O. has joined Michael J. Collins, M.D., F.A.C.S., Stephen A. Jones, D.O., Nicole E. Alessi, O.D., Sarah A. Johnson, O.D., and staff. Dr. Rosen is now accepting new patients for comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, treatment and management of ocular diseases, and urgent eye care in both Fort Myers (6900 International Center Blvd) and Naples (860 111th Avenue) locations.
Dr. Rosen is a board certified optometrist and residency trained in cornea and contact lenses at the University Optometric Center, State College of Optometry. As an experienced optometrist, Dr. Rosen focuses on providing his patients with the highest quality in general eye care performing eye exams, specialty contact lens fittings, pre and post-operative surgical management, and the treatment and management of ocular diseases. He is originally from Long Island and graduated from Cornell University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a concentration in Neurobiology and Behavior. He obtained his Doctorate of Optometry degree with Honors from State University of New York where he also served as Assistant Clinical Professor and Chief of Contact Lens Services.
