Collins Vision recognizes heroes of all kinds for heroic acts of service to the local communities in and around Southwest Florida. From veterans and first responders to teachers and healthcare workers, heroes come in all shapes and sizes, and we are grateful.

OUR LOCAL HEROES PROGRAM (LHP)
Our Local Heroes Program is designed to provide local heroes with assistance paying out-of-pocket vision-related expenses and offers special pricing on Collins Vision’s premium services like LASIK and Refractive Cataract Surgery.
